Insufficient efficiency of current financial processes for business clients and individual users, which affects revenue growth and competitiveness. Modern companies face challenges in payment management, frequency, and convenience of transactions, making it difficult to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Solution
Implementation of an innovative solution - MassPayout for business clients and the launch of a minimum viable product (MVP) for individual users. These innovations will optimize payment processes, enhance user experience, and consequently lead to a 35% increase in turnover.

We interviewed 12 potential users (our corporate clients) to understand the challenges they faced while making mass payments. A few sample questions are listed below.

1. How often does your company or organization make payments to a large number of people or organizations at one time?
2. Do you have cases where you need to make one payment to multiple recipients at the same time?
3. How much time and resources do you spend processing and fulfilling a large volume of payments?
4. Do you have a need to automate your payment process to save time and improve efficiency?
5. What are the main problems you face when making a large number of payments at once?
6. Do you need to receive detailed reports on payments made and their effectiveness?

  1. Making mass payments manually or through inconvenient processes takes a lot of time and resources.
  2. The error rate when manually making mass payments is too high
  3. "Need it quickly, simply and reliably"
  4. There are not enough tools to manage a large volume of payments and to analyze your financial flows

  • Design layout of the MassPayout interface.
  • A working MVP with basic features.
  • Updated version of MassPayout with functionality for individuals.
  • Full report on feedback and improvements.

Interface Design: Development of interface design for new functionality, taking into account the principles of usability.

MVP development: Creation of a minimum viable product for legal entities, including the basic functions of MassPayout.

MVP Testing: Conduct testing with selected corporate clients to collect feedback and identify necessary adjustments.
Tasks:
User Feedback: Collecting feedback from corporate clients and adapting the product based on the data received.

Development of a Version for Individuals: Integration of additional functions to meet the needs of individuals for mass payments.

Testing and Debugging: Conducting thorough testing of new features and eliminating identified errors.

I reviewed other payment apps which are currently ruling the mass payment sector in Europe digitally, to understand their strategy and success in the market. Navigating through those apps helped me to get an idea regarding the current trends, the challenges being faced and comparatively how i can improve the User experience in my product.
Development of detailed functional requirements for MassPayout, taking into account the needs of corporate and individual clients.
As a result, were formed Functional requirements document and Analytical report with key trends in the field of mass payments.
